Yes, absolutely.  Just contact us and we will make arrangements to collect from you.  Please keep in mind that there will be no refund for returning the bin early once hired for a specific period.

No.  Our staff are not able to help you fill your skip bin.

Our bins can only be filled level to the top of the bin. This is to allow us to safely secure and move the bin without waste falling from and being a safety risk to you and our staff.

A couple of days notice would be wonderful if you can.  However, we can usually arrange same day bookings if you give us a call directly.

We accept payment by credit card over the phone or should you wish to obtain our banking details to make a direct deposit, please contact our Administration to arrange.

No.  The skip bins must not be moved by the customer.  Moving a skip bin after it has been delivered is a safety risk and must not be done.  Don’t worry, we will communicate with you at the time of delivery to ensure the bin is placed in a position that is safe and accessible for you and our staff.

Should you need your bin repositioned, please contact our office to make a booking for one of our staff to attend to do so.  Additional charges may apply.
